Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation and AI Projects

Over a decade we have helped large international projects, implementing agencies, NGOs and governmental institutions facing the same core challenge: knowledge trapped in unstructured content, scattered across tons of reports, policy documents, and technical guidelines — and the need to make it accessible, actionable, and impactful.

From early knowledge management strategies and open-source tools to RAG systems and agentic AI pipelines, our projects reflect a consistent belief that sustainable digital transformation starts with people's knowledge needs and AI should always be seen to serve human expertise — not replace it.

GDPR-compliant use of AI

Using third-party Gen-AI services in a professional context raises data protection concerns — particularly when assessment studies involving data collection are in place. We developed an anonymisation-based solution to ensure their use remains fully compliant with European data protection regulations.

Digital Transformation Goes Live

Technical and organisational support to teams and organisations navigating the operational side of digital transformation — from facilitation of agile processes and change management workflows to deployment pipelines for machine learning models and controlled LLM usage for data service centres.

At the Roots of Change

Long before digital transformation and AI became mainstream, we spent five inspiring years championing open-source digitalisation and building distributed libraries across the five Central Asian republics — working alongside community organisations, government agencies, and the private sector.
