# Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation and AI Projects

Over a decade we have helped large international projects, implementing agencies, NGOs and governmental institutions facing the same core challenge: knowledge trapped in unstructured content, scattered across tons of reports, policy documents, and technical guidelines — and the need to make it accessible, actionable, and impactful.

From early knowledge management strategies and open-source tools to RAG systems and agentic AI pipelines, our projects reflect a consistent belief that sustainable digital transformation starts with people's knowledge needs and AI should always be seen to serve human expertise — not replace it.

Secretariats of climate finance instruments grapple with structuring and accessing data spread across thousands of funded projects. We supported the IKI Office in piloting knowledge graphs and machine learning for terminology alignment across multilingual, multi-project repositories.
